01 — Initial Meeting

Once you contact us, we’ll set up an initial meeting to go over your ideas and ask questions. If you don’t already have a home plan, we can recommend our favorite designers.

02 — Visit the Building Site

As the builder, we have a list of questions that we’ll ask on site. We will want to make sure that your plans work with the layout of your land. If you don’t have plans, we can look at your site to figure out the best plans with designer.

03 — Estimation

Once we have your blue prints, we start the estimation processes. We do charge a fee for full build estimates, which is based on scope of work. Once we are officially your general contractor, we will then reimburse the build estimate charge.

04 — Start Your Project in CoConstruct

By logging your project into CoConstruct, we are sending information to our subcontractors in order to get a good estimate. We then can build out a full timeline and schedule for your project. You’ll see a user friendly timeline and proposal as well as daily or weekly updates on your project’s progress. At this point, virtually all communication between us and you (the customer) happens in CoConstruct.
